My healthy resolution begins with 1st, re-learning to drink plenty of water through out the day. 2nd, cutting carbs, sugars, salt, bleached flower, bread, sodas, high fat & diary products from my diet this year. 3rd, to incorporate a new work out plan that includes not just body toning, but calorie and fat burning, skin replenishing, workout regimines. This is what im trying to accomplish; 2 and a half years ago i lost over 100 lb. since then ive been fighting tooth and nail to keep it off. Its been rough i have to tell you. still.... i am a fighter, a positive thinker and i love a challenge. More so, i trust GOD ive been prayerful through out it all. I've leaned on him like i was a kick stand. As a resolve of it all, i am gonna keep trusting him. yet i know the wisdom he's instilled in us all. Which is to learn to ask your fellow man for help when needed . In addition to that, never forfeit your blessings. I've relied on it all, so if i am selected to be the winner.
