Good morning friends !
A lonely light
That lonely light stood there,
Shivering, in the freezing wind...
Hoping that it could reach out,
To the shadows that were...
Shadows, that kept talking incessantly,
Before every sunrise and sunset...
About the grace and glory of,
Everything under the sun...
Of the beauty of a moment that energizes,
Of stories that lived for eternity...
Inspiring and illuminating, they roamed around,
Except, there were many, many of them...
They mingled and separated whenever,
And wherever they felt like...
No one could really trace them, nor was it possible to,
Know why they constantly talked of good things to come...
Shadows, they are illusory,
They come and then they disappear...
Shadows, they cannot be traced or reached,
They just talk, and ...... talk!

I have a friend, YES IT'S TRUE his name is +Benjamin Loates ! Recently he shouted me out, and pretty much stroked my already largely inflated ego. Praising my incredible talent, extreme popularity, and my majestic beard. Morning Ride to Work
Even in the Winter, the hardy folks of Stockholm ride their bikes about the city to work. It was late morning, but winter kept the shadows nice and long. We found Stockholm to be a very pedestrian and cycling friendly city.

Křivoklát, Czech Republic
The rural CZ in the frame of an Křivoklát castle's embrasure. This 12th century castle has fascinating story. It was the residence of Bohemian kings and served as jail to unwanted people.

Perfect Day In Sea City
It was one of those scenes you just wish you had a camera on you.
Surprisingly I did :)

Notice how the gull adds a bit of dynamism and life into the otherwise very peaceful scene. And how the clouds formed my signature... I'm telling you, a perfect day!
A bit of history about this place
It doesn't exist any more. It got renovated. New, bigger pier got built there. Plus a promenade. The boat got moved some place else. I'm glad I was there to capture one of its final moments in all its beauty and I'm happy I can share it with you.
We build new things. Better things. In place of old and not anymore useful ones. That's a natural order. One that we should embrace. But it's also nice to remember beauty that previously was. And appreciate it.
Photos are a good medium for that.
