Photo: Step2: Cut your belt blank with your strap cutter, or the straight edge and razor knife.
Photo: Step3: Bevel the 4 edges with your preferred edging tool.
Photo: Step 4: Using either your knife, scissors or die cutter to finish buckle end. If making to size, do the other end too.
Photo: Step 5: Mark the buckle end cuts, and fastener holes. I use a cut off buckle end as a template.
