Photo: Next, I tried the UEFI shell on another server.  There, I was able to get a working LSI utility.
Photo: I removed the LSI card from the other server and installed it into the server which had a UEFI shell.  This output is from before the flash upgrade.
Photo: The first step is to remove the old firmware.  DO NOT REBOOT after doing this.  You must upgrade the flash before rebooting.  Failure will mean a bricked card.
