Photo: The glow from the setting sun   was an amazing surprise. I wish I could say it was planned.Photo: The tower platforms were first covered with beach grass then beach sand to create a stage for the teepee fires.Photo: The tallest tower is about 7 feet tall.Photo: Photo: Each tower also has an under-fire that I set as a second stage to engage the tower piers.Photo: Each teepee fire was loaded with kindling a 3-4 fatwood sticks (all-natural). We then quickly ignited them all with a pair of propane torches.Photo: Photo: Photo: Photo: Photo: Photo: Photo: Photo: Photo: Photo: Photo: Photo: Photo: The fire continued until there were only 5-6 burning piers. Everything else had collapsed and been washed away with the tide. Then, close to midnight, the tide took the last of the standing piers.
