Photo: The middle tower is about 10 feet tall. Getting the structure to be consistently engulfed with fire is a bit tricky. In this case, we positioned about 2-3 dozen very small starter fires throughout the towers, each incorporating a stick of natural high-resin fatwood. I then used a blowtorch to quickly ignite each starter fire.
Photo: Logs due tend to role. While I did notch some of the base logs to prevent rolling, I didn't notch them all. Lesson for the future.
