Photo: Choridal nevus converts to a malignant melanoma a year later. Notice the increase in thickness on the B-scan from 2013 to 2014 (top arrows). Also notice the A-scan vectors (arrows). In 2013 the A-scan was highly reflective, indicating a nevus.
