3 large eggs

1.5 tsp baking powder

2 tbsp cacao powder
2 tbsp ground cinnamon
1. Combine eggs, flour, baking powder, butter/oil, cacao and cinnamon in a large bowl and whisk until smooth and well-aerated.
2. Pour the mixture into a greased loaf baking tin. Sprinkle the top evenly with flax seeds.
