Photo: When I lived on Valencia Street from 1989 to 1992, there was a shop that had these shirts that seemed to be made by someone only somewhat familiar with English. This was their anti-war shirt, in this case, the 1991 Iraq war. "Imagine" was a reference to the John Lennon song, which was some sort of meme around the war.
