Photo: Once again it was time for our weekly shopping trip at Walmart and I was excited because next week I'm having a few friends over for our first get-together of the summer! All of my friends have toddlers and kids between the ages of 18 months and 4 years so it's going to be a busy day!  I was excited because I knew that I was going to pick up Tombstone pizza and Nestle Drumstick ice cream for the food. I just needed to figure out what to plan for us to do!
Photo: So it was off to Walmart by way of Academy to pick up some sort of pool floatation device for my son.
Photo: Luckily, Academy is on the way to Walmart so it we didn't have to go out of our way. There weren't very many choices for swim floats but my son is too big for the float he had last summer. I ended up getting him a life jacket that fits him very well.
Photo: Then it was off to Walmart. We've figured out that late on Saturday afternoon is a great time to go to our favorite Walmart. It's never too crowded and we rarely have to wait in line to checkout.
Photo: I was debating purchasing some new play equipment for our yard. We have a number of sprinklers but we don't have much to play on that doesn't involve water. We have our sandbox and two playgrounds in our neighborhood so I haven't purchased many other outdoor toys yet. This picnic table would be great inside and outside but I just got my son a set of chairs and little table for in the house, so I continued looking.
