Photo: I rely a lot on sandwiches - breakfast, lunch or dinner.  They're quick and easy for me to grab and go - just what I need for my hectic schedule.  But I'm looking carefully at labels and trying to pick healthier options.
Photo: These are low in fat, have no high fructose corn syrup, and are made with real fruits and whole grains. I'll pick up some as another grab and go alternative. One of these and a fruit cup would be great for a snack or mini meal.

Photo: I do like to keep some of this juice with fruits and veggies on hand.  Great for days when I'm having trouble finding time to eat at all to add a little boost of nutrients.
Photo: For my lunch makeover, I'm looking at changing my typical ham and cheese sandwich into something packed with more nutrients.  I'll use these to create wraps.
