Photo: I love cheese. I could probably live on cheese but it's usually high in fat.  I'm looking for some lower fat options.
Photo: I rely a lot on sandwiches - breakfast, lunch or dinner.  They're quick and easy for me to grab and go - just what I need for my hectic schedule.  But I'm looking carefully at labels and trying to pick healthier options.
Photo: These are low in fat, have no high fructose corn syrup, and are made with real fruits and whole grains. I'll pick up some as another grab and go alternative. One of these and a fruit cup would be great for a snack or mini meal.
Photo: I love juice but they're high in sugars. I've been trying to drink water with some lemon or other fruits and veggies in it as an alternative.
