- On my way to a Dr app one morning, I stopped into this location for breakfast. My order was wrong but I didn't discover this until in the parking lot of my Dr office. I called and spoke with manager Steven who was very helpful and let me know that if I came back, he'd fix everything right up. Oh my goodness, did he! The customer service I experienced was above and beyond that of MANY eateries I have visited of any kind be it drive-thru to fine dining! Mistakes happen but the true value of an establishment is not based on an accident or a miscommunication; it is determined in how the establishment values it's customers and the effort put forth in ensuring your personal experience is a positive one. Thank you, McDonald's, and Steven, for making this patron feel appreciated and valued!
