- I tried Frontier because that is what you are supposed to do if you are in your 20s and live in Albuquerque. I wasn't that impressed, but it wasn't bad either. It's worth trying to check out the local college hang out but there are several other New Mexican restaurants I would put above Frontier.

Quality Very good - We have enjoyed living at Mirabella Heights. The apartments are close to work, food, shopping, fuel, etc. After shooping around, the 2 bed / 2 bath apartments across ABQ all cost about the same. We settled on Mirabella Heights because they are newer than most apartments and a little more energy efficient. I haven't had any issues with the staff but I have also paid on time and been nice when there was maintenance needed. One thing that potential renters should be aware of is that there are cockroaches in the sewer here. Our friends on the second and third floors haven't had problems, but we live on the first floor and have had to close our drains at night and have the maintenance crew install a better weather guard on the fron door. The apartment will also spray the apartment for free every other week if you just ask. I would recommend Mirabella Heights (nice apartments, reasonable price with a 3% Sandia/Military discount, nice gym/pool area, etc.) but I would probably recommend a second or third floor to avoid the possibility of bugs if you don't mind the stairs.
