Food Good Decor Very good Service Poor to fair - This is an okay spot for lunch. The service is pretty bad, but not because of the people. The way they have the ordering set up is extremely confusing. It's a huge jumble of people crammed into one room with people calling "next." You order with one person and pay at the next, but someone else is already paying so you wait... it's very confusing. The food is decent. Never been blown away. But it's close and quaint and easy. Recommended, but don't expect anything crazy.

- You can't often trust most five star reviews (or one star reviews) because it's either someone who was asked to write the review (or someone who had some bad luck and had a terrible experience). But in this case, I'm telling you straight up: Galpin Honda was the nicest, most accommodating dealer I dealt with when purchasing my 2013 civic. I dealt with three people: Yusuf, Pete, and Art. Art and I only briefly spoke because he was the finance guy and walked me through all the possible add-ons and warranties and whatnot, finalized the paperwork. He offered me the services without being aggressive, and he respected the decisions I made. Yusuf was the salesman I first met when I came in to test drive. The opposite of the stereotypical car salesman. Friendly, but not IN YOUR FACE. Knowledgeable, but casual. He just let me guide the process and didn't make me feel pressured. I understand that some people need more guidance and need someone to really hold their hand. I'm not that buyer. I'm researched and I know exactly what I want. He understood and respected this. Most importantly, they were able to offer me the best price. While there were some other Honda dealers in the area that were competitive as well, Yusuf didn't want to lose my sale and he did everything he could to work with me. Pete, in their Internet department, had a lot to do with this as well. Customer service at its best. Highly recommended from an extremely happy new car owner.
