- What a tourist trap! We didn't like it at all! The service was not good. The staff is pretty overworked and unfriendly. The coffee was brown water. Mass processing! The beignets were good but they have beignets everywhere and in much better cafes! The atmosphere was very touristy!

Food Very good Decor Good Service Good - We didn't stay at the Bright Angel Lodge but we came here 4 times, 2 times for breakfast and 2 times for dinner. Ok it's not one of the best restaurants, but it's the best in the Grand Canyon Village and probably the cheapest one. The others are so expensive. The food was great. The service was very friendly except for once at breakfast. He was nice but probably new and messed up some orders but still friendly. We tried a lot on the menu with 4 people and 4 different times:) For breakfast definitely try one of the warm danish! They're so yummy and the eggs, yogurt and berries, bagels etc. are good too. For dinner the corn chowder soup was very good, the sizzling fajita was great, the lasagne just ok. The steaks were perfect! The entrees always came with a side like soup or salad which were good. As a desert the brownie sundae is delish!! I didn't like the apple grunt. They have more on the in-restaurant menu than on the online menu. They have really good food for decent prices. And it's just a few steps from the Rim.

- It was my first time in Vegas and the MGM was great! The location is perfect and everything was clean and comfy. The service was great. We had some problems with our reservation and the onlinecompany where we booked the hotel but the front desk lady was awesome and handled it all!

- We just came back from our 7 day roadtrip to SoCal and that was the best hotel we stayed in! For that price it was really nice! We had a partial ocean view. We could hear the waves! It was so calming. It's directly at the beach! They have a great service. It was very clean and comfy! 4 different pillows to choose from! Our dog was allowed in our room! We also went to the Laguna Health Club where you get free admission if you stay at the hotel! Plus other freebies. We definitely would come back!

- We went here for dinner. I liked the atmosphere and the interior with the chillis and garlic hanging from the kitchen. The service was very nice but our server was not the best. She didn't refill the water and it always took her a while to come back to the table. The bread was delicious and moist and they have the best olive oil! We had the Apple salad and the Spanakotiropita. They were both sooooo good! I just didn't like the Moussaka. It was too much lamb and not enough eggplant. But over all I liked the restaurant!

Quality Very good - We were 4 people in one room. We booked a deluxe room. Later we got an email that we can upgrade to a go luxury room with strip view for $20 which we did. Our room was great. We could see Bellagio's dancing water from our huge window (from the bottom to the ceiling). We had a Tv in our bathroom mirror. Everything was very clean, the beds were comfortable. We had shampoo and conditioner, soap and towels in the bathroom etc. So It was pretty good what we got for the money:) The front desk was busy but nice and friendly. The pool area was good. They had towels there so you don't have to bring the ones for your room. The only downside: no free wifi, it's about $10 a day!

- Love that place! Great location! Next to Dolores Park (great SF skyline view from the top). Outdoor seating. Amazing pesto sandwiches and very good coffee!
