Quality Poor to fair - Brought in riding lawnmower on June 4th. Specifically told them I had NO CRANK. ON JULY 9th, they called me with an estimate that I needed a carb rebuild and a new battery. I declined. Carb rebuild has nothing to do with the NO CRANK condition. The battery was good on June 4th, I even load tested it. Went to pick up the unit, and still no crank. They diagnose and fix one unit at a time in line. Tell you it is going to be 10 days to 2 weeks and after 3 weeks with no diagnosis they tell you 3 to 4 weeks. I will never go there again. BTW, the ticket said, NO START. Final Update: Started from the battery, a little weak, but 12.5v. But, no voltage reading at solenoid. Tested neg. cable ground on lawnmower. Haha, no voltage. Cleaned up cable and metal on lawnmower. Fired right up with weak battery and so called bad carb. 38 days later up and running, never again.
