Tuesday Tunes - from 1988, Little Feat with Let It Roll. The first album since the death of Lowell George, and new member Craig Fuller. Great album from an incredibly talented group.

For all you Roxy Music fans out there.

BBC makes the best music documentaries for both TV & Radio. Check out this amazing 2 hours radio doc covering all the Roxy Music albums with interviews of all the members and a bunch of session musicians and producers. With exerpts of The original music and narrated by Jarvis Cocker.

2 amazing fan hours and you can even listen to it on your phone on the BBC iPlayer app.

ENJOY!

I was pretty excited to get this in the mail. I have the CD still... Hadn't listened to it in years though. Saw it online at a reasonable price and had to pull the trigger.

This is the first album that was produced by Steve Pitts who went on to work with the Three Six Mafia. Lots of songs about coke and weed. Killing people. The usual gangsta stuff.

It is the only album I have where the artists are standing in a pile of trash on the cover.

The Dayton Family - What's on my Mind?

Tuesday Tunes - Original cover and insert. The album was pulled after the plane crash and reissued without the 'flames' cover.

NEW ORDER "Power, Corruption & Lies"
Swedish 1983 orginal pressing.

The music's just great, but man the cover artπŸ‘ Not strange that many thought that Blue Monday was one of the tracks on the album. But it was not normal with the early NO singles to be included on the albums.

LOGIC SYSTEM "Venus"

1981 released synth/ambient Japanese album. Not the most common I guess but a very nice one.

With the best ever quote on the back cover:
"If you don't listen this album, you can't enjoy the essence of Computer music!"

U2 "BOY"

Their 1980 debut album. What a way to kickstart a career? About 10 years and 6 albums later they lost me but was one of my favourite bands during the 80's
