I have Graves disease and hyper thyroid and I got in two days so doc and they are wanting to cut all mine out. I just learned two months ago I had this. I'm scared. Can anyone help me as to their experience wit it all.

I don't have a thyroid. I was on 175 mg Synthroid for two months after being on thyroxine for over two years. I had a blood test and the doctor checked my T4 level, she told me it was high, so she prescribed 150 mg . I am starting to feel better not so hyper/ wired, the mood swings are much less. Happy New Year (literally)

I'm curious as to what the long term effects are from very low tsh. I haven't taken my levothyroxine since january (insurance issues). The last month or 2 i have had an increase in joint pain, blurry vision, fatigue, brain fogginess, ringing in my ear, no desire to do anything, no appetite n weight gain. Is this due to the tsh or could it be something else?
