If You Accept Restrictions On Free Speech

If you accept any restrictions on free speech for any reason other than public safety, it only proves you received indoctrination and not real education.
Free speech is the whole ball game. Without real free speech there is no democracy, no critical thinking, no negotiation, no philosophy, and no western civilization.
Serious limitations on free speech are extremely damaging for society and only serve to develop major bad guy culture, such as National Socialism, Marxism-Leninism ( and Cultural Marxism ), and Political Islam.
These totalitarian approaches are what we must wholly oppose, and free speech is the fundamental approach for that highest priority work.
Free speech necessarily includes fundamental free speech rights for all bad guys, including National Socialists, Marxist-Leninists and Cultural Marxists, Islamists, and every other kind of anti-social jerk, sociopath, totalitarian, "hater" or bad actor in the public square.
There is in legal fact no reasonable or functional definition for the mythical 'hate speech'. Anyone can be offended.
So-called hate speech is in the ear of the offended person.
If you start banning all the hate speech of Eminem, then you have to ban music and free speech in general. You will have to police and criminalize free speech in general. And that is effectively the same thing as policing thought and criminalizing thought.
This totalitarian approach is more destructive than any one kind of 'hate speech'. It is no different than the Nazi book burnings of 1930s Germany or the continuing murders of journalists by Islamic fanatics.

I was thinking about writing this today. It isn't straight up a philosophy question, but it begs some questions about social issues. The 2018 Oscars had their worst TV ratings ever. What was the primary culprit in the show's lackluster ratings?
One should consider Democrats and Republicans are your enemy instead. They are and have been destroying this nation. They refuse to implement term limits on themselves and they refuse to outlaw their nationalized two party union over us, and thus, they have created a monopoly of control over us.
Imagine the 50 states electing one presidential candidate each to compete against the rest. My God, without national parties they would struggle. That's how it's supposed to be.
Instead, we allow them unchecked power over us because the constitution failed to correctly see the severe detrimental impact they would have on society once nationalized.

I was thinking about some of these murder sprees and thought that a common denominator among them was that the perpetrators often have a piece of their power removed from them and they lash out.

Have there been any efficient big story retractions given by a media or new outlet? Ones where people's reputations are damaged.
What is the main presumed ROLE of the UNITED NATIONS (Security Council) if not preventing wars, killings and sufferings all over the WORLD?
Millions are being killed, bombed, executed, pushed to a refugee'status in Yemen, Iraq, Syria, Palestine ... during years and years. And each UN session, the vetoed countries discuss, propose, suggest, impose, vote, send envoys... but never a solution was granted. Very very very SAD.
When wars, killings, sufferings, being refugees take place in Africa, in an Arab country, in the middle east, it doesn't matter. Let them go to HELL.
The world is not treating its SOULS equally and objectively. Some souls are less life-worthy than others.
And everyone of us is sure that if the UN has good intentions they wil do their best to stop wars. And they will surely success. One billion percent.

As individuals, we are living in a more and more informatized world. Each eye's blink equal to hundreds of news that spout in all directions. (True,false, fake, forged...)this kind of crowded news streaming do not let us time to think PROPERLY or to think at all. So how to build this conscientious capability to sort out what we should think properly and what the media should afford us as thinking entities?

Since their appearance, do the social media strengthened the familial values : the family's members are listening, understanding and paying attention to each others more and more.
Or on the contrary, they are becoming more and more distracted and therefore are listening, understanding and paying attention to each other less and less.

I was thinking that certain actions can keep you from getting jobs. The action(?) I was thinking about was getting a tattoo. Should employers be allowed to discriminate on prospective employees with tattoos?
