I am interested in what you are having for your Light meal? Are you eating fruit or vegetables or maybe skipping the meal? Let me know

I absolutely love the book! I am committed to making this my new way of life. I have a few questions:
1) can yogurt be eaten in the morning with fruit
2) can almond milk be used in coffee with fruit in the morning? Soy milk?
3) the restriction on melon being eaten with other fruit: can cantaloupe honeydo and watermelon be eaten together at one time?
4) of I work out for an hour 3 days a week and this is my habit do I need to break it up to 5 days a week? Is 5 days a week important?
