Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to Fight Club.

The first rule of Fight Club is: you do not talk about Fight Club. The second rule of Fight Club is: you DO NOT talk about Fight Club. Third rule of Fight Club: if someone yells “stop!”, goes limp, or taps out, the fight is over. Fourth rule: only two guys to a fight. Fifth rule: one fight at a time, fellas.

Sixth rule: No shirt, no shoes. Seventh rule: fights will go on as long as they have to. And the eighth and final rule: if this is your first night at Fight Club, you have to fight.

"I remember why I chose the Phoenix as my alias. No matter how many times it dies, it comes back. I understand how difficult life can be. It will knock you to your knees, make you ask, 'Why do I keep fighting?' Yet it is worth it. There are people that care, friends that will lend a hand and help you stand again. You can rise from the ashes, it may take some time, but it's possible. Trust me, I know. That's the legacy of the Phoenix, to rise once more no matter what happens." ~Ryeth Grayson (Phoenix)

Name: Ryeth "Ry" Xavier Grayson
Alias: PĦØξЙłЖ (Phoenix)
Age: 24 (May vary with the RP.)
Height: 5'9"
Eye Color: Dark Brown
Ethnicity: Half Hispanic (El Salvadoran), Half Caucasian (American)
Alignment: Good/Hero/Vigilante
Family (Disowned by): Benjamin Johnson (Biological Father), Maria Johnson (Biological Mother) Nathan "Nate" Johnson (Biological Younger brother).
Biological Family Background: Ryeth's father's family have been members of the Court of Owls, although it is uncertain whether this goes back farther than Ryeth's great-great-grandfather. Benjamin and Maria are currently active members of the Court, while Nathan has become one of the Court's Talons. Ryeth is unaware of this until a few months after taking up the mantle of Phoenix.
Family (Taken in by): Slade Wilson, Richard "Dick" Grayson, Mysteria Wayne.
Associates/Friends: Bruce Wayne, Tim Drake, Jason Todd.
Team Affiliations: Batfamily
Burning tip escrimas (A small switch allows Ryeth to change the severity of the burn, from mild stings to leaving second degree burns.)
smoke pellets
grappling gun
Phoenix Feathers (Bird shaped shurikens that can combust while not setting anything else on fire. Reusable)
Phoenix Claws (Specialized Kunai-like, tranq darts. Can be used as bladed weapons and grappling hook)
Domino mask (Built-in Detective Vision)
Wing Glider (Attached to suit and made from a combination of memory cloth, Kevlar and fire retardant materials. This is strong enough to withstand bullets from small firearms)
Wrist Gauntlets (Three blades on each arm, armored, and have a small electric charge used to activate the wing glider. By setting the charge to the maximum voltage, they can be used as a last resort, electric weapon. The risk is completely frying the circuits in them, making them useless and losing the only way to activate the glider.)
The Seraphim: The Seraphim is Ryeth's personal computer system that has many abilities of an A.I. although it isn't one. It has become Ryeth's main method of hacking, as he does carry a small device that is connected to his computer, from which he can launch it into networks, servers, and PCs. The Seraphim itself is mostly voice controlled, made to follow orders from Ryeth and the two people he considers family. Safeguards are set in place to prevent misuse of The Seraphim's hacking properties.
Skills: Master Martial Artist in Ninjitsu, Escrima, Kino Mutai, Sikaran, Yaw Yan, Krav Maga, Enshin Kaikan, and partially in Liu He. Above average swordsmanship, peak human strength and speed, some acrobatics, expert hacker, and amateur detective knowledge after helping both Batman and Nightwing temporarily, on some criminal cases. Multilingual: Ryeth fluently speaks English, Spanish, Portuguese, and knows a little Russian.
Weaknesses: Ryeth's greatest weakness is also his greatest failure. His younger brother was turned into a psychotic murderer, and for that he feels guilty that he was unable to protect him. Constantly reminding Ry of this will throw off his concentration in combat. Placing any of his loved ones in danger is also undermines his concentration, as Ryeth will usually start acting rashly.
Bio/Origins: Born Ryeth "Ry" Johnson, Ryeth was raised by his grandparents on his mother's side until he was eight years old. At that time, his parents came back for him and he now had a five year old little brother. Soon after moving back with his parents, they began to abuse him. As the years passed the abuse became worse, until Ry's parents disowned him when he was fourteen, and planned to place him in a foster home.
Instead, Ryeth managed to run away with the help of some close friends. He remained on the streets for a month afterwards, until an encounter with Firefly left him with a severe burn on a third of his back. Fortunately Deathstroke found him and took him in, training Ryeth as he recovered. For the next four years, Ryeth willingly became Deathstroke's apprentice, although he struggled with the assassinations he was assigned.
Despite their differences, Ryeth and Slade got along pretty well, almost to the point of having a father-son relationship. At the age of eighteen, Slade allowed Ryeth to leave, and choose his own path. Ryeth, scarred by his burns and the flames that caused them, started creating his own heat and fire-themed weapons. One night as he was preparing to test some of them, he met Dick Grayson, Nightwing. There was no fight, just a conversation. After hearing what Ryeth had gone through, Dick asked Ryeth to join him, offering to take him in as his brother of sorts. Ryeth agreed, changing his last name to Grayson (as a show of respect and gratitude to Dick) and began his new life as a vigilante.
Although the other bat-family members were reluctant at first to accept him, mostly because of his time with Slade, they also included him as family.

Name: May Parker
Nickname: Mayday
Gender: Female
Age: 18
Alias: Spider-Girl
Height: 5'7"
Weight: 150 Lbs
Hair: Brown
Eyes: Brown
Sexuality: Straight
Martial Status: Single

May Parker inherited many of the same abilities as her father, Peter Parker. May possesses superhuman strength but has less than her father, can leap several stories high, and can cover the width of a city block. Spider-Girl's reflexes are also heightened to levels well beyond that of an ordinary human. She heals somewhat faster than a normal human, and is more agile than Spider-Man.

Spider-Girl can adhere to almost any surface through a bio-magnetic field her body generates, allowing her to scale the sides of a building, just like a spider. Wall-crawling doesn't come as naturally to May as Peter; she has to concentrate to keep herself from slipping off surfaces. In addition to adhering to surfaces, May can also repel herself like an opposing magnet, or she can repulse and adhere another object or person through a shared medium. For example, she can cause a person to stick to a wall they're touching just by touching that same wall and willing them to, or she can just as easily violently push them away.

May Parker has inherited a "spider-sense", a clairvoyance that warns her of danger that is somewhat more powerful and reliable than her father's. It tells her the direction a threat is coming from with a high level of accuracy. Through intensive training, she learned to fight blindfolded using only her spider-sense. She can use it to spot weaknesses in an opponent and use them to her advantage. She can also sense mundane threats or observations like her father, but unlike him, she can use it to sense deception. Her spider-sense is also capable of differentiating between various threats, allowing May to "recognize" a familiar danger. By touching her father's clone, Kaine, she experienced a shared precognitive vision, but she does not normally have that ability.

May also has mechanical web-shooters based on Ben Reilly's web-shooter design, but longer and narrower. They can fire impact webbing and metal needles called "Stingers". May rarely uses the stingers, thinking them to be "too brutal". Her mobile phone is modified to attach to one of her web-shooters, and looks like one of its cartridges. She occasionally uses spider-tracers, but as they are tuned to her father's spider-sense and not hers, she needs a receiver to detect them. She wears a skin tight spandex unitard which she was uncomfortable with at first because of its revealing characteristics but has grown accustomed to it and even enjoys wearing it as she has been quoted as saying "it feels like a second skin."

Spider-Girl once lost her powers due to an electric shock. However, she borrowed the Green Goblin equipment from Normie Osborn until she regained them.

May has also received martial arts training from the Ladyhawks and Elektra Natchios, as well as being drilled in the use of her powers by her father.

May "Mayday" Parker is the child of Peter and Mary Jane Parker in a future, alternate universe continuity. In the MC2 continuity, they were reunited with their baby daughter by Kaine, who found the child living with Alison Mongraine, the con artist who had kidnapped the baby on instruction from the Green Goblin. After they were reunited, Peter lost a leg during the horrific final conflict with the Green Goblin. After the battle Peter was offered a bionic replacement from Mister Fantastic but, considering it a wake-up call, decided to retire and focus on being a husband and father For years, they chose to keep their past from May and hoped that she wouldn't develop powers of her own.
Despite her parents' hopes, May began developing versions of her father's spider-powers when she was 15. At the same time, Normie Osborn, grandson of the original Green Goblin, set out to restore the family name. May donned Ben Reilly's Spider-Man costume to stop him and soon took to crime-fighting, at first hindered, then helped, by her worried parents.

May shares traits of both of her parents. Like her mother, she is a beautiful, charismatic, and a popular student, and she is intelligent and bright, just like her father. She also inherited his love for in-fight bantering. In addition, she is a very good athlete and excelled in her girls' basketball team until she quit, after her powers emerged. On the one hand, May seems to have inherited the "Parker luck" in which her dual identity wreaks havoc in her private life. On the other hand, her superhero career, unlike her father's, begins with her successfully protecting her family. From the early part of her career onwards, Spider-Girl has developed a reputation for avoiding unnecessary battles and reforming her former adversaries, like Normie Osborn and Raptor. Spider-Girl quickly establishes herself in the superheroic community, gaining reserve status in the Avengers and allies in the New Warriors and Fantastic Five

May promises to give up costumed super heroics, dates Eugene Thompson, and runs for student council. When Mary Jane becomes aware that the Hobgoblin poses a threat to her daughter's teenage friends, she allows May to resume her activities as Spider-Girl (a situation they wanted to keep secret from Peter). After a battle with the Hobgoblin, May tells her father the truth, and after a conversation with Mary Jane, they allowed May to resume her Spider-Girl identity.
