Antifragility explained by Hayao #Miyazaki:

            "Living means changing [..];
             Still, you don't change.
             You can't drift away fro
                  the project embodied in your structure".

I think this is the biggest difference between resilience and antifragility:

resilience is "being at work TO STAY THE SAME".

Identity must be preserved, ergo, the system is not free to evolve beyond its "genetic code" -- beyond its specifications, for instance.

Not so with antifragility. Antifragility is "being at work TO GET BETTER IN THE PROCESS".

There, you change, and accept the risks of change -- the risks of living.
