Hi all! New to the group and this is Apache, a two year old rescue. I've had him for one year now and he is the third of our four dogs. We have a 12 year old, a 10 year old who now is retired from tricks, Apache and a puppy. Apache is a border collie/corgi mix and he will be my competition dog one day. He has a lot of bad luggage in his past that we are working on to make him a secure happy dog! His "native name" is badgerfox, cause he is swift and smart as a fox and physically tough and stubborn as a badger. A priceless combination when you give him a task - he wants to please from the BC side of the brain and never gives up until he succeeds from the stubborn corgi side of the brain. A true gem!

Here's a short video from one of our trainingsessions. Considering that he was terrified of legs (among other things) he has come a really long way!

40 of Tonya's 200+ Tricks.

I've only owned Tonya since January of this year... before that I took care of her for her owners at their house... until they no longer wanted her. I have trained her everything she knows. She has never been to school. Her first owners left her tied out in the yard all day: morning, noon or night. Rain or Shine. Snow or sleet. If I hadn't taken care of her, she would have died of heat, dehydration or hunger. They never fed or watered or took her inside in the final year they owned her before they officially abandoned her. She is a true success story, and she has a home forever with us. Her favorite thing is learning tricks. I hope to train her lots more, know that I own her. I didn't get to train her for very long when I took care of her for her last owner. Please Subscribe and follow her amazing adventures as she rises in stardom!
