I made a silly Exodus flavor.

Cake
You are make of a mouthwatering substance, like gingerbread. Perhaps you are related to the gingerbread man. If so you probably have the SPEED Flavor as well.

Have a Bite: Your body is edible and uncannily nourishing. For each HP you let an individual eat, they regain 1D6 HP. You can take this ability several times, and step up the die type. Alternately you may expand the ability to curing Poisoned statuses.

Mana From Heaven: Each HP you give out as food may feed ten people. Take the ability again and the food Encourages those who eat of it.

Gingerbread Horses For Gingerbread Courses: Commit Effort to summon a gingerbread mount. It has the same capabilities as a real horse, but is less bright and calmer. It cannot learn any tricks. It is edible (and tasty!) but in no way nourishing.

Just Icing: You may disgorge globs of sticky icing bestowing the Frozen condition upon a target. The effect’s strength is D6. You may take the ability several times, stepping up the Strength die each time.

Or Death: You can will your body to become poison. Each HP another individual eats is equal to a Poison die type. Three bites would be a D8 for instance.

I tried making some Flavors on the fly.

ALIEN

Where you’re from things work very differently.

EDIBLE: You can eat anything you can fit your jaws around.

THE BASICS: Choose two of these needs: air, food, water, sleep, homeostasis, reproduction. You do not need them anymore. May be taken several times.

EMOTIONS: Your mind works in strange ways, and you physiology follows suit. Choose one of Afraid, Confused, Poisoned or Stunned. You are immune to this Condition. May be taken several times.

UNEARTHLY MATTER: Your HD always rolls the maximum amount when you level up. You may take this ability only once.

DOOMED

You live with the knowledge that your doom is real, circling like a black hound.

ON SOFTEST TREAD IT COMES: You are always ready for danger and get +2 on initiative rolls. Take the ability again and you get Advantage on initiative rolls. Choose it a third and final time, and you get a vague premonition of danger, before it rears its head.

THIS IS NOTHING TO FEAR: You are immune to the Afraid Condition, unless it is caused by your doom.

NOT TODAY: You struggle against death like no one else. You are immune to the Gravely Wounded condition (your penalty never goes above -1). You can only take this ability once.

IF I GO DOWN, YOU GO DOWN: When you are at a quarter or fewer hit points, you may raise your damage dice by one step. You can only take this ability once.

SUBTERRANEAN

There is a world going on underground, and you know it well.

THE NIGHT BELOW: Normal darkness or blindness does not adversely affect you. If you take this ability again, the squid-ink primordial darkness does not trouble you either.

MEASURELESS TO MAN: You get +2 to rolls to try to find your way or track someone in the underground. Take the ability a second time and you get Advantage on these rolls.

FROM A STONE: You can always find enough water (or equivalent) in the underground. Each time you take this ability you multiply the number of people you can provide water for by two.

UP THE WALLS, DOWN THE DEEP: You get Advantage on all rolls related to climbing.

Hi! I just bought the Exodus SRD the other day. That's a hell of a lot of value for very little money. Character generation is fun and fast, and I'm looking forward to playing it.
Now I'm eying the Exodus system of course. Is there something in there that isn't in the SRD?

Have you ever wanted to tear things up as an enormous shapechanging robot? Well now you can! This complete game takes the Black Hack OSR rules and reskins them for intense Saturday morning action.
