Hey guys,

is there an updated version of the firmware for the RB1? Need to update the firmware when the new pulleys arrive. It's very likely that I have one of the earlier versions.

It is a GUI that reads your old Marlin FW and compare it with the new Marlin 1.1.0
While you check the checkboxes and enter values in textboxes the manual is available in a window on the side. It tries to understand where you are in the process of migration and gives you information of how to configure the features.

Hi everyone,
Due to my friend accidentally reformatting my hard drive, I lost all my settings for my printer. I was wonder if anyone still uses an original Rigidbot that is not modded and uses simplfy3D? I was hoping I could maybe get a version of someones abs FFF profile to get a good starting point to rebuild the settings. Any help would be awesome!

Hi everybody! Just a quick heads-up. Marlin Firmware 1.1.0 is about to go GM within the next day or two. RigidBot 1 and 2 are fully supported, including sample configuration files. Keep an eye open for the announcement.

I believe you are doing the Rigidbot example configurations for Marlin.

Would anyone be interested in helping me connect some square holes to circles for a couple parts I want to print. I can send each one as an stl or skp file. I've been trying to figure it out but I can't and I want to try and print these parts by this weekend.Heres a couple screen shots for examples

I start to like the BLTouch.. Its small, accurate and light.
I think I prefere the BLTouch rather than my IR sensor.

Now i will continue with my RBB/MKS 1.4 rebuild with 12mm rods and my "box-extruder" . My new RBB will have graphite/brass bearings to be silent

I have found a "magic" command that will make the BLTOUCH work as the proximity sensor.. I Think that will be in v0.20-beta

All donations now will go to a automatic update feature. I want to keep fast updates and easy upgrade for all users.

Next big feature is the Binding control. The feature also have a spinn-off effeffect. Its possible to grease/oil the rods and treads while moving.
The stress-test och doing full stroke Z-movement also finds problems in overheating Z-stepper-drivers.

I will create a guide to do a "super-z-stepper-driver" for 2 z-motors that will be able to output 2A to each motor. I will use only cheep components and a solder iron. The idea is so simple ;- ) ( but I have fried 6 stepper drivers in the process ) I have done part of the video.

Marlin 3D Printer Tool v0.19 is released.
