Mark 1King James Version (KJV)
1 The beginning of the gospel of Jesus Christ, the Son of God;
2 As it is written in the prophets, Behold, I send my messenger before thy face, which shall prepare thy way before thee.
3 The voice of one crying in the wilderness, Prepare ye the way of the Lord, make his paths straight.
4 John did baptize in the wilderness, and preach the baptism of repentance for the remission of sins.
5 And there went out unto him all the land of Judaea, and they of Jerusalem, and were all baptized of him in the river of Jordan, confessing their sins.
6 And John was clothed with camel's hair, and with a girdle of a skin about his loins; and he did eat locusts and wild honey;
7 And preached, saying, There cometh one mightier than I after me, the latchet of whose shoes I am not worthy to stoop down and unloose.
8 I indeed have baptized you with water: but he shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost.
9 And it came to pass in those days, that Jesus came from Nazareth of Galilee, and was baptized of John in Jordan.
10 And straightway coming up out of the water, he saw the heavens opened, and the Spirit like a dove descending upon him:
11 And there came a voice from heaven, saying, Thou art my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.
12 And immediately the spirit driveth him into the wilderness.
13 And he was there in the wilderness forty days, tempted of Satan; and was with the wild beasts; and the angels ministered unto him.
14 Now after that John was put in prison, Jesus came into Galilee, preaching the gospel of the kingdom of God,
15 And saying, The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye, and believe the gospel.
16 Now as he walked by the sea of Galilee, he saw Simon and Andrew his brother casting a net into the sea: for they were fishers.
17 And Jesus said unto them, Come ye after me, and I will make you to become fishers of men.
18 And straightway they forsook their nets, and followed him.
19 And when he had gone a little farther thence, he saw James the son of Zebedee, and John his brother, who also were in the ship mending their nets.
20 And straightway he called them: and they left their father Zebedee in the ship with the hired servants, and went after him.
21 And they went into Capernaum; and straightway on the sabbath day he entered into the synagogue, and taught.
22 And they were astonished at his doctrine: for he taught them as one that had authority, and not as the scribes.
23 And there was in their synagogue a man with an unclean spirit; and he cried out,
24 Saying, Let us alone; what have we to do with thee, thou Jesus of Nazareth? art thou come to destroy us? I know thee who thou art, the Holy One of God.
25 And Jesus rebuked him, saying, Hold thy peace, and come out of him.
26 And when the unclean spirit had torn him, and cried with a loud voice, he came out of him.
27 And they were all amazed, insomuch that they questioned among themselves, saying, What thing is this? what new doctrine is this? for with authority commandeth he even the unclean spirits, and they do obey him.
28 And immediately his fame spread abroad throughout all the region round about Galilee.
29 And forthwith, when they were come out of the synagogue, they entered into the house of Simon and Andrew, with James and John.
30 But Simon's wife's mother lay sick of a fever, and anon they tell him of her.
31 And he came and took her by the hand, and lifted her up; and immediately the fever left her, and she ministered unto them.
32 And at even, when the sun did set, they brought unto him all that were diseased, and them that were possessed with devils.
33 And all the city was gathered together at the door.
34 And he healed many that were sick of divers diseases, and cast out many devils; and suffered not the devils to speak, because they knew him.
35 And in the morning, rising up a great while before day, he went out, and departed into a solitary place, and there prayed.
36 And Simon and they that were with him followed after him.
37 And when they had found him, they said unto him, All men seek for thee.
38 And he said unto them, Let us go into the next towns, that I may preach there also: for therefore came I forth.
39 And he preached in their synagogues throughout all Galilee, and cast out devils.
40 And there came a leper to him, beseeching him, and kneeling down to him, and saying unto him, If thou wilt, thou canst make me clean.
41 And Jesus, moved with compassion, put forth his hand, and touched him, and saith unto him, I will; be thou clean.
42 And as soon as he had spoken, immediately the leprosy departed from him, and he was cleansed.
43 And he straitly charged him, and forthwith sent him away;
44 And saith unto him, See thou say nothing to any man: but go thy way, shew thyself to the priest, and offer for thy cleansing those things which Moses commanded, for a testimony unto them.
45 But he went out, and began to publish it much, and to blaze abroad the matter, insomuch that Jesus could no more openly enter into the city, but was without in desert places: and they came to him from every quarter.

A B O V E A L L T H E S E T H I N G S

P U T O N L O V E.

Colossians 3:14 (NKJV) But above all these things put on love, which is the bond of perfection.

1.HEREIN IS LOVE.

1 John 4:10 (ASV) Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son [to be] the propitiation for our sins.

Romans 5:8-10 (ASV) But God commendeth his own love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.

Much more then, being now justified by his blood, shall we be saved from the wrath [of God] through him.

For if, while we were enemies, we were reconciled to God through the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, shall we be saved by his life.

2..THE BIBLE SAY LOVE IS THE GREATEST OF THESE

IS LOVE.

1 Corinthians 13:13 (NKJV) And now abide faith, hope, love, these three; but the greatest of these is love.

3.THE GREATER LOVE IS A MAN LAY DOWN HIS LIFE

FOR HIS FRIENDS.

John 15:13-15 (ASV) Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.
Ye are my friends, if ye do the things which I command you.
No longer do I call you servants; for the servant knoweth not what his lord doeth: but I have called you friends; for all things that I heard from my Father, I have made known unto you.

4.JESUS HAS DONE THAT TO US NOW THE BIBLE

WE MUST FOUND THAT TO OUR BROTHER

Ephesians 5:2 (ASV) and walk in love, even as Christ also loved you, and gave himself up for us, an offering and a sacrifice to God for an odor of a sweet smell.

John 10:11 (ASV) I am the good shepherd: the good shepherd layeth down his life for the sheep.

5..IF GOD LOVE US, WE ALSO OUGHT TO LOVE ONE

ANOTHER

1 John 4:11-12 (ASV) Beloved, if God so loved us, we also ought to love one another.

No man hath beheld God at any time: if we love one another, God abideth in us, and his love is perfected in us:

6. LET US NOT LOVE IN WORD, BUT IN DEED AND TRUTH

1 John 3:16-18 (ASV) Hereby know we love, because he laid down his life for us: and we ought to lay down our lives for the brethren.

But whoso hath the world's goods, and beholdeth his brother in need, and shutteth up his compassion from him, how doth the love of God abide in him?

[My] Little children, let us not love in word, neither with the tongue; but in deed and truth.

7.THIS IS SIGN AS GOD'S ELECT.

Colossians 3:12-14 (ASV) Put on therefore, as God's elect, holy and beloved, a heart of compassion, kindness, lowliness, meekness, longsuffering;

forbearing one another, and forgiving each other, if any man have a complaint against any; even as the Lord forgave you, so also do ye:

and above all these things [put on] love, which is the bond of perfectness.

.BEHOLD, HOW GOOD AND HOW PLEASANT IF WE AS

BRETHREN TO DWELL TOGETHER IN UNITY

Psalms 133:1 (ASV) A Song of Ascents; of David. Behold, how good and how pleasant it is For brethren to dwell together in unity!

HALELUYAH GOD BLESS US AMEN HALELUYAH.

Now concerning our brother Apollos, I strongly urged him to come to you with the brethren, but he was quite unwilling to come at this time. however, he will come when he has a convenient time. Watch stand fast in the faith, be brave, be strong. Let all that you do be done with love. 1 Corinthians 16:12-14 GETTING RID OF THE OLD MAN ,YEAH ,THE SELFISH MAN AND GOING FROM GLORY TO GLORY, IN THE BEGINNING OF PAUL LIFE IN THE WORK OF THE MINISTRY WE SEE AN EVENT IN ACTS15:36-39 WERE HEATED ARGUMENT AROUSE OVER THE COUSIN OF BARNABAS NOT GOING TO WORK WITH THEM, BUT HERE IN THIS PASSAGE THE TRAMSFORMATION OF CHRIST IN HIS LIFE ,HIS REACTION WAS DIFFERENT, HIS WORDS WERE DIFFERENT ,HE SAID ,LET ALL THAT YOU DO BE DONE WITH LOVE, FOR LOVE CONQUERS ALL!!!

Jesus answered and said to them, I did one work, and you all marvel. Moses therefore gave you circumcision (not that it is from Moses, but from the fathers), and you circumcise a man on the sabbath. If a man receives circumcision on the sabbath, so that the law of Moses should not be broken, are you angry with Me because I made a man completely well on the sabbath? Do not judge according to appearance, but judge with righteous judgment. John 7:21-24 THE MEN WHO GOD HAD APPOINTED TO TEACH THE PEOPLE HIS LAW ,WERE VERY WATCHFUL IN IMPLEMENTING THIS PART OF GOD'S LAW ,VERY ZELOUS OF IT ,AND IT BLIDED THEM FROM LOVE ,MERCY ,AND COMPASSION, BUT IN THIS JUDGMENT OF CHRIST HEALING ON THE SABBATH AND IN THEIR EYES BEING GUILTY OF BREAKING THE SABBATH ,THEY THEMSELVES WERE BREAKING THE SABBATH BY CIRCUMCISING ON THE SABBATH. THE LORD TOLD HIS DISCIPLES TO BEWARE OF THEIR LEAVEN ,OR THEIR HYPOCRISY ,WHY ,BECAUSE WE CAN LEARN IT, AND BE LIKE A TREE BEARING GOOD AND BAD FRUIT.

"HOW BEAUTIFULL " 7.

1.PREACH GOSPEL OF JESUS CHRIST IS TO BRING

THE FRAGRANCE OF HIS KNOWLEDGE IN EVERY PLACE

2 Corinthians 2:14 (NKJV) Now thanks be to God who always leads us in triumph in Christ, and through us diffuses the fragrance of His knowledge in every place.

2 Corinthians 2:12-14 (NKJV) Furthermore, when I came to Troas to preach Christ's gospel, and a door was opened to me by the Lord,

I had no rest in my spirit, because I did not find Titus my brother; but taking my leave of them, I departed for Macedonia.

Now thanks be to God who always leads us in triumph in Christ, and through us diffuses the fragrance of His knowledge in every place.

2.THIS IS OUR WORK BECAUSE WE ARE CALLED IS THE

SALT OF THE EARTH.

Matthew 5:13 (NKJV) "You are the salt of the earth; but if the salt loses its flavor, how shall it be seasoned? It is then good for nothing but to be thrown out and trampled underfoot by men.

3 . THIS IS OUR WORK BECAUSE WE ARE CALLED IS

THE LIGHTS OF THE WORLD.

Matthew 5:14-15 (NKJV) You are the light of the world. A city that is set on a hill cannot be hidden.

Nor do they light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a lampstand, and it gives light to all who are in the house.

4 . THIS IS OUR WORK BECAUSE WE ARE CALLED IS

THE LETTER OF CHRIST.

2 Corinthians 3:3 (ISVN) You are demonstrating that you are Christ's letter, produced by our service, written not with ink but with the Spirit of the living God, not on tablets of stone but on tablets of human hearts.

5.WE ARE THE WITNESSES OF CHRIST

Acts 1:8 (ISVN) But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you, and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.”

6.WE ARE LIKE THE STARS FOREVER AND EVER

Daniel 12:3 (NKJV) Those who are wise shall shine Like the brightness of the firmament, And those who turn many to righteousness Like the stars forever and ever.

7.WE ARE THE ARMY OF CHRIST

2 Timothy 2:3-4, 9-10 (NKJV) You therefore must endure hardship as a good soldier of Jesus Christ.

No one engaged in warfare entangles himself with the affairs of this life, that he may please him who enlisted him as a soldier.

for which I suffer trouble as an evildoer, even to the point of chains; but the word of God is not chained.

Therefore I endure all things for the sake of the elect, that they also may obtain the salvation which is in Christ Jesus with eternal glory.

HALELUYAH

For this is the will of God, your sanctification, that you should abstain from sexual immorality, that each one of you should know how to posses his own vessel in sanctification and honor, not in passion of lust, like the Gentiles who do not know God ,that no one should take advantage of and defraud his brother in this matter, because the Lord is the avenger of all such, as we also forewarned you and testified. For God did not call us to uncleanness, but to holiness. Therefore he who rejects this does not reject man, but God who has also given us His Holy Spirit. 1 Thessalonians 4:3-8 PAUL URGES THE THESSALONIANS CHURCH TO ABOUND MORE AND MORE IN THIS AREA AND SO THE SPIRIT OF GOD TO YOU AND ME SAYS THE SAME, TO PRACTICE THOSE THINGS IS LIKE TO KNOW THE DEPTHS OF SATAN AS THEY SAID IN THE CHURCH OF THYATIRA..

Jesus answered and said to them, The sons of this age marry and given in marriage. But those who are counted worthy to attain that age and the resurrection from the dead, neither marry nor are given in marriage, nor can they die anymore for they are equal to the angels and are sons of God, being sons of the resurrection. Luke 19:34-36 YES ,NO MARRIAGE , NO FAMILIES, NO SEX, OK.

"HOW BEAUTIFULL " 6.

1.THE PREACHING THE GOSPEL OF CHRIST SO GLORIOUS

THE BIBLE SAY WHO IS QUALIFIED FOR THIS?

2 Corinthians 2:16-17 (ISVN) To some people we are a deadly fragrance, while to others we are a living fragrance.

Who is qualified for this?

1 Timothy 1:11 (NKJV) according to the glorious gospel of the blessed God which was committed to my trust.

2.THE PREACHING OF GOSPEL IS MASSAGE ABAUT

PEACE. SALVATION GOOD NEWS

Isaiah 52:7 (NKJV) How beautiful upon the mountains

Are the feet of him who

1.brings good news,

2. Who proclaims peace,

3.Who brings glad tidings of good things,

4. Who proclaims salvation,

5.Who says to Zion, "Your God

reigns!"

Romans 10:15 (NKJV) And how shall they preach unless they are sent? As it is written: "How beautiful are the feet of those who preach the gospel of peace, Who bring glad tidings of good things!

3.WHO IS CAN BRINGS MINISTRY OF RECONCILIATION.

2 Corinthians 5:18 (NKJV) Now all things are of God, who has reconciled us to Himself through Jesus Christ, and has given us the ministry of reconciliation,

2 Corinthians 5:19-21 (NKJV) that is, that God was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself, not imputing their trespasses to them, and has committed to us the word of reconciliation.

Now then, we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God were pleading through us: we implore you on Christ's behalf, be reconciled to God.

For He made Him who knew no sin to be sin for us, that we might become the righteousness of God in Him.

4.THE CALL THE SONS OF GOD

Matthew 5:9 (NKJV) Blessed are the peacemakers, For they shall be called sons of God.

5 . THE EVIL SERVE NOT WORTHY TO PREACHING

THE GOSPEL OF CHRIST.

Matthew 24:48-51 (NKJV) But if that evil servant says in his heart, 'My master is delaying his coming,'

and begins to beat his fellow servants, and to eat and drink with the drunkards,

the master of that servant will come on a day when he is not looking for him and at an hour that he is not aware of,
and will cut him in two and appoint him his portion with the hypocrites. There shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

2 Timothy 2:24 (NKJV) And a servant of the Lord must not quarrel but be gentle to all, able to teach, parents

6 . MUST HOLY MOTIVATION

2 Corinthians 2:17 (NKJV) For we are not, as so many, peddling the word of God; but as of sincerity, but as from God, we speak in the sight of God in Christ.

Philippians 1:16 (NKJV) The former preach Christ from selfish ambition, not sincerely, supposing to add affliction to my chains;

7.LET US FORTH TO PREACHING OF GOSPEL

IN ALL SITUATION

2 Timothy 4:2 (NKJV) Preach the word! Be ready in season and out of season. Convince, rebuke, exhort, with all longsuffering and teaching.

BECAUSE JESUS COME AND GIVEN REWARD

ACCORDING WHAT WE WORK.

Revelation 22:12 (NKJV) "And behold, I am coming quickly, and My reward is with Me, to give to every one according to his work.

OUR GLORY AND CROWN WHEN JESUS

COMING IS PEOPLE WE BRINGS TO JESUS.

1 Thessalonians 2:19-20 (NKJV) For what is our hope, or joy, or crown of rejoicing? Is it not even you in the presence of our Lord Jesus Christ at His coming?
For you are our glory and joy.

RCCG SUNDAY SCHOOL MANUAL: SUNDAY, 17TH SEPTEMBER 2017

TOPIC: THE SECRET PLACE [SUNDAY, 17TH SEPTEMBER 2017]

MEMORY VERSE: "He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty." - Psalm 91:1

BIBLE PASSAGE: Psalm 91:1-16 #RCCGSUNDAYSCHOOLMANUAL #RCCG #SundaySchoolManual

INTRODUCTION:

The term "secret place" comes from the Hebrew word "cether" which means "to hide or be concealed". Other words for secret place include shelter, covering, or a dwelling place. One who abides in the secret place of God dwells in an ascended place of rest, lifted up above principalities and powers. It is a place of protection from trouble; where God surrounds you with deliverance (Psalm 32:7). It is a place of His holy concealment in all things, where God reveals heavenly secrets to you.
