So, here's a quick tip for fertilizing your the winter! If you haven't already done so, an appropriate fertilization of a tall fescue lawn in advance of spring's warmer weather will help give your lawn that boost to green up quickly when the time is right. It is also the right time to be on the lookout for cool-weather broadleaf weeds that need to be treated now to prevent bare spots that will be harder to deal with in spring.
