Just finished up the @NASA_SLS  #SLSFiredUp  at Orbital ATK, Promontory, Utah, and it was a blast! Seeing the 5-segment rocket booster up close brought this wave of "Whoa, the future is coming fast" across everyone.

I'm a #DSN50 alum, it was a two day get together and as I'm sure everyone else would say, it was awesome! JPL and Goldstone plus a one of one with NASA Mohawk Guy, Bobak Ferdowsi, Badri Younes and Charlie Bolden. Pic on the left is the Mars Rover (the one that stayed here) at the #MarsYard at JPL.

You've received the "golden ticket" at least once here on Earth, from NASA Social. Just imagine how incredible getting the golden ticket for off-world spaceflight from +Spaceship Earth Grants would be! Apply today and you'll also be in the running for a chance at a weightless/parabolic flight. ‪#‎ApplyToFly‬ ‪#‎FlyMeToSpace‬

NASA's annual budget is half a penny on your tax dollar. Imagine what we could do with a full penny. http://bit.ly/-Imagine

The Penny4NASA campaign was founded to highlight how dramatically underfunded NASA has become in recent years. NASA's appropriations budget for FY2014 is currently $17.6 billion, representing 0.48% of the U.S. federal budget, or less than half a penny on your tax dollar. We are firmly committed to seeing NASA funded to a level commensurate with the tremendous economic, technological and inspirational value it confers. With your help we can get NASA the funding it deserves! http://www.penny4nasa.org/take-action/

Come meet Penny at the new Penny4NASA.org: http://www.penny4nasa.org/
