Hello, My name is Gali and I am from Israel.
I am doing a summer course in July 2016 : 3.7-21.7.2016. Our time zone is UTC+3. I am planning to do mystery skype and some projects like: kidblogging, comics, voki and collaborated stories. If you would like to join us or if you know some teachers that would do please write back. The pupils are 3-5th graders.

I love using Kidblog in my classroom. I have seen a huge difference in the way my kids write when they know others will be reading their work. I am hosting a giveaway for a teacher premium membership (1 year/200 student logins) on my blog. (Image below is for last week's post for some reason)

Hi! Class blogs are a great way to increase & improve student writing but the worst thing about blogging is that without an audience the author will lose momentum.

Last year I tried several different ways to get other classes connected with mine and for the most part I kept hitting dead ends (quad blogging.net for example was no longer adding classes and I tweeted the link to our kidblog so often I thought it may be considered spam).

So in order to help teachers find like minded partners in the blogosphere +Joshua Harris and I decided we needed a means to help teachers find classes to blog with. Whether your class had just 1 shared blog or each student has a blog; and regardless of whether you are just starting out or have been blogging for a while, we hope that you will add your information to this form and join us in creating a multifaceted blogosphere for you and your kids. #S2SBC

Are you looking for a class to pair up with to exchange comments? How about pairing up with an international class? Julia Skinner, founder of the 100 Word Challenge weekly writing prompt, is looking for more USA schools to join up for Global Links. She will pair you with another class. I just got paired with a class in England and we are all very excited to learn more about each other through blogging and commenting. Fill out this form to get a partner. https://100wc.net/global-links/ Feel free to contact Julia on Twitter at @TheHeadsOffice if you have any questions.

Friends, I just wanted to take a second and offer this community as a resource if you are working on blogging with students. We work hard to keep the community full of educators who are excited to find an audience and purpose for the work of the students. #gafesummit #edchat #comments4kids #stuvioce

I have a budding group of 5th grade bloggers!  I would love to connect classrooms.
