Ok who can set me up with a dumbells routine that won't get bored with? I want to mix high and low weight together in the same workout. I have sets of dumbbells up to 15lbs and a weight bar.

It's that time again. Sunlight is leaving us to a gray color all around. Some days I feel down and nagging anxiety. But the good thing is that I know what is coming, that my mind is experiencing an emotional dip. I refocus and try to recoup. Have something warm to drink and adjust to that emotional state.

And yes, I find that exercise and a good balance meal are important parts of healthy body regime. I take the whole body health approach.

TIPS: For winter time, dancing to your favorite music is a good way to get consistent indoor workout.
