Food and guilt have no business being in the same sentence. And discovering why you may associate the two of them is crucial to developing a better relationship with food. So many of us are still trying to discover that.

One thing that worked for me was to voice my struggles with it. For whatever reason, it made the fight REAL! And guess what? The support I received was overwhelming.
