So I recently started a diet, and started excersing everyday way more than I did... I've been doing a BUNCH of crunches and jumping jacks to get my adrenaline going. I've lost 3-5 inches off my waist/stomach line. Everyday I did around 1000 crunches, I know it's a lot but I did spread them out.
Just letting you know.
I didn't change for anyone or anything.
I changed for myself and only myself 😊
