If you're trying to rank a website for multiple cities, I get creating city pages with the city in the title tags. But how do you choose which city to put in the title tags of general pages on the website like the home page?

And also, if you put all the locations/cities on one content page, it's as bad as keyword stuffing and each city will not gt ranked.

Does anyone know how to do the re="next" for blogs to avoid having duplicate meta titles and descriptions?

+Valentina Huff Is this a canonical issue?  If so, you can set it up so one entry points to another.

Small businesses may not have all of the resources they want to pump into search engine marketing and SEO, but that doesn’t mean they have to be left out in the cold. In fact, these startups or even older, smaller companies can successfully employ this type of content marketing to make an impact on customers.

Question about Webmaster Tools - once you've added all versions of your website (www, non www, etc), is it okay to remove these versions or do you have to keep them all in?

I don't know why I answer questions for people- they never thank you. This will be the last question I answer for free. People value advice more when they pay for it.

I was looking at our client's Webmaster Tools and saw that under "Links to Your Site" they had 2000+ links coming from Google.com. I've never seen that before. Has anyone else??

Did Google change its schema codes?? We have a website that has tons of schema and the old structured data testing tool used to validate that. Now the new testing tool says "No structured data present" which I know isn't true. What's happened??

Has anyone tried to implement schema for their website search engine and if so, what would you put in the schema code below?

<meta itemprop="target" content="https://query.example.com/search?q={search_term_string}"/>
    <input itemprop="query-input" type="text" name="search_term_string" required/>

This is the example I got from schema.org/WebSite but not sure what to replace their examples with.

Maybe I've been under a rock but I used to have a single sign on to manage all of my client's pages in one location. They are no longer under my Pages. Help!

I found them. I have a screen shot of how I got there but I don't see a way to attach. Here is the link. I suppose if you are logged in, you should be able to see them:

Has anyone ever implemented the schema for SiteNavigationElement ? If so, where do you put it? Hardcoded in the menu bar?

I have not. It seems that an up-to-date xml sitemap submitted does the better job, but I may be mistaken.

Is Bing trying to be better than Google?

 With the phrase “Search engine” the only word that pops in our mind is #Google. It has become synonymous for each other. Clearly, there are a lot of search engines available on the web world, but we only think of #googling things whenever we need some information or need to look for something online.

Over a period of time, other #searchengines have been trying hard to give Google competition but hardly any of them made any impact on this search engine giant. However there is but one search engine that has been trying very hard to keep up with Google modifying, changing and introducing better algorithms as well as features for enhancing user experience.

This search engine is Bing.

Is it bad from Google's standpoint for a company to create thousands of similar looking landing pages, each one for a different company? The purpose is not for SEO/to rank them -- the purpose is they only serve as landing pages for pay per click ads.

A Shopping Campaign Tool Lunached By Optmyzr For Google

The Shopping Campaign #Splitter is intended to rearrange the battle organizing process. There are numerous #profits of the new #ShoppingCampaigns structure that Google introduced on September first, on the other hand, the setup procedure could be lumbering and iterative, especially on the off chance that you have the same kind of fight structure crosswise over various crusades. To help publicists set up their Shopping Campaigns quicker; #Optmyzr’s has propelled an apparatus called the Shopping Campaign Splitter.

The second #GoogleShopping fight device in Optmyzr’s lineup — the first being a mass offering apparatus called Shopping Bidder — the Shopping Campaign Splitter permits publicists to characterize the crusade structure of a battle (or numerous crusades) forthright.
Utilizing the instrument, sponsors tag how they need their items gathered focused around properties in their Merchant Center nourishes. The procedure counteracts copy item targets being made so you don't wind up with items going up against themselves.
When you focus the fight structure you need, the device will import the information as needs be from the Merchant Center bolster that is joined to Optmyzr’s.

Sponsors can allocate offers and prohibitions all the more rapidly, without the alarm of overriding existing rejections and custom offers (a simple thing to do in #Adwords itself). So on the off chance that you set a custom offer for an item target and afterward confirm the offers at a top classification level, that item target offer will stay put.
Both Shopping Campaigns devices are part of Optmyzr’s month to month plans.

Should you put your brand name in your title tag so it's Keyword - Brand? Also if you're trying to optimize locally and the name of the city is already part of your brand name, do you need the city name next to the keyword in the title tag as well?

if you are going to write Title for your local optimization needs then it is really great to use city name even country name too in your title tag. But make sure it must be within 55 characters. You can use brand name too at last of your title.
