CrossFit training programs are known as the “sport of fitness”. It incorporates constantly varied, high-intensity, functional movements that help people of all shapes, sizes, ages and fitness levels to develop their physical and cardiovascular fitness.

CrossFit workout routines have a different set of exercises each day throughout the training program. The workout of the day (WOD) will push your limits as you perform high-intensity workouts with little or no breaks. The routines are strategically developed in order to increase your heart rate and metabolic process. As a result, you will get a healthier heart and have higher caloric burn during and after exercising.

Hi Systematic Crossfitters! Here's something to get the community started! Join the Mel High Crew Team Erg Challenge for some motivation to keep in shape using the erg! Using the rowing machine as part of your crossfit workout is fun and challenging. The Erg Challenge begins on Oct. 1st and lasts the whole month for only $25! The purpose is to raise money to fund a scholarship for new rowers that might not otherwise be able to participate (it's expensive!).
