I hate to say it, but it doesn't look like I'll be able to continue #OneGameAMonth in a more consistent fashion.  At least, until we're done with Not a Clone.

As we’re transitioning to making Not a Clone into a full remake on the mobile, it’s becoming clear that a substantial amount of time and focus is necessary to complete the game. Unfortunately, this means that we will have to put the regular #OneGameAMonth…
As we’re transitioning to making Not a Clone into a full remake on the mobile, it’s becoming clear that a substantial amount of time and focus is necessary to complete the game. Unfortunately, this means that we will have to put the regular #OneGameAMonth on hold until the project is done. So what does this...

I hope it's okay to post this here...

I set up #AliceJam150, a game jam celebrating the 150th anniversary of the publication of Alice in Wonderland (it runs from 27th Jun to 3rd July) http://jams.gamejolt.io/alicejam150 . Maybe you'd consider creating a Wonderland themed game for your June One Game A Month entry?
It's 150 years since Alice in Wonderland was first published as a book. Join in the celebrations and use the original story and characters to create a Wonderland themed game. A 2nd 'mystery theme' will be announced at the beginning of the jam. The Arthur Rackham illustrations here are provided ...

This is the fourth part of my gamedev tutorial! Where we're adding an enemy and move it around the screen randomly
Hi there everyone, it's been a while since I last wrote a tutorial here. Well, I was on a vacation after Eid so I can't write anything. But now I'm back and we can continue the tutorial! Last time we added attacking animation...

This tutorial covers how to load external level data from a text file with JSON format when making games with Phaser. Way too many people hard-code all their level data in the game code, whereas this approach will make it easier to expand your game and create more levels.

Hey guys, I just published my first game in the Google Play Store! :) It's a re-de-make of and old flash game of mine (http://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/646110). The game is paid because I really don't  feel comfortable with the ads things, but I think it's pretty good and I'll be updating it for the next months with new content. Feel free to ask me for a free demo if you don't want to buy it, I really want some feedback on it, just mail me at beardfishstudio@gmail.com. Google Play Store: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.Beardfish.RedBlockAttack Thank you!

So, confession: this month, I decided to dust off an old game and give it some ads so I can release it for free.  Touch Yoga Free is now free, and available on Android tablets (iPad version is waiting for review).

But why are we suddenly dusting an old game again?  Good question, and short answer is because we're working on fleshing out a more recent game, Not a Clone, to a mobile release.  To make sure we haven't lost our mobile development muscles (it's been a long while), we used this game for practice run.  Note that the mobile Not a Clone will be a bigger game, so it's not quite #OneGameAMonth material, but we'll do our best to post our progress.
Touch Yoga introduces a new way to play on your phone and tablet! This simp...

Thanks, Nick!  It was pretty fun (and surprisingly easy) to put the levels together.  Fun fact: I had a goal of making 20 levels, and made them in about a week.  Then discovered they were too hard, and threw out half of them and made 10 more, super-easy levels.
