BOIBOI FITNESS is a community designed to help those who cannot understand or cannot create plans for workout, exercise, and/or lifting days.
BOIBOI FITNESS is still finding people to help run the community, and is only taking people who can pass a certain test, that will be published on 11/30/17, at 6:00pm West Coast Time.
Workout experts are here to help you understand how to put not just cardio and lifting in, but also calisthenics, so you have a whole body workout, with a weight loss, and a body-weight workout all in it.
Exercise experts will help you to trim down fat and help get a minor amount of muscle, so you can show off your abs instead of your flabs. They're always here, and always ready to help in a moment.
There are 3 criterias for lifting, and we have people ready to help you pursue the type of lifting you want, if you meet the qualifications.
This is a more reps, less weight type lifting style, and will help to build much more muscle, but it diversifies between how many years you have been bodybuilding. Tell us your experience as of right now, and we can get you started.
Crossfit is a breed. It's broad, general, and inclusive. Ever heard that statement? You've probably been in a similar class for CrossFit. This is a mixture of Bodybuilding, Exercise, and Lifting, but with much more intensity.
Lifting is the most primary part of building muscle. This is the most simplistic, most basic part of the gym, and will allow you to push to Powerlifting competitions. We can have people easily here to help you.
