Many people aggressively brush their teeth- this is detrimental to the gums and teeth. Instead brushing should be done gently in short back and forth motions at a slight angle. Brush at least twice a day and floss once day. Change your toothbrush every 2-3 months.

Where is the beginning to having a healthy family. Husband and wife with the arrived child begins a family.
An unusual answer but the truth is that...the family begins in the womb. The growing baby needs the nurturing from the mother to be and emotional strength from the father to be.
We may think that the baby to be is tucked and shielded away in an "absolute environment". It may have been so, until not too long ago.
The very environment we have brought upon ourselves within our bedrooms, homes, work place, our cars, people and public visited malls and buildings is the beginning of health damage to that baby to be.
Indoor pollution has ripped the roofs of homes. Bedroom pollution of all sorts is not only downing adult health life, but streaks of pollution is showing in the womb.
Our indoor life is subjected to pollution of all sorts...and the worst is from breathing which we are at, all 24 hours daily. Our bedroom life is one third of our day....and that is the most worst polluted air content area of our daily life.

Improving oral health is not difficult but does require some effort. Start by brushing your teeth at least twice a day and floss everyday. Use the right toothbrush and replace it every 2-3 months. Eat a well balanced diet, avoid too many sugary foods and see a dentist regularly.
