Check out our Rockers. They ran their own businesses today. I'm happy to report they all made a profit. Thank you parents for having such amazing kids. It was so incredible watching the interaction between our producers and their consumers. Success all the way!

Our kid's are trying to sell virtual lemonade and make money this morning. They have to take weather, day, time and pricing into consideration. It's awesome to watch. I'm hearing these things right now "I'm going to raise my price on hot days and lower it when it's raining. At night I will cut the price in half. I made $48 in seven days. The popularity of my business is 25% but my customer satisfaction is 80% boom! This is great I keep making a profit. I love this game."

We have had a 3 week challenge and boy did our Rockers rise to the occasion. The challenge was to locate vocabulary words in the books they were reading, read the BIG 3 and then tell me what the words meant. If correct they signed our "Word Winner" poster. Every signature was a chance to make a basketball basket. Baskets counted for the whole class. Today the total baskets made were 100! Boom! Prize for whole class has been earned.

Crazy day! I borrowed two babies today to teach inherited traits. It wasn't exactly in my lesson plans but when I saw the chance I jumped on it. I asked Lindsay Flynn if she'd let us "borrow" her baby to solidify our knowledge on inherited traits-she was thrilled and as you can see our Rockers were, too. Introducing Jackson (sleeping in Lindsay's arms) and Michael wide awake with us and our bear. Such a fun day of learning today. Love love love my job!
