Guten Abend! I have a little doubt with my german... for those who don't know, I am starting to learn German, and hope that a few of you guys can help me out.

How do I say: "_I have a problem_" In german?

What I write is this (please tell me if it is correct): "_Ich habe eins Problem_"

How do I say it correctly, I would appreciate it if any of you guys could help me out!

PLEASE NOTE THE TIME CHANGE FOR SATURDAY!

Summer time in the US has already started. It begins in Germany later than in the US. In order to permit the native speakers to attend, we moved this week's hangout to one hour later. This is temporary, but necessary to give the learners the best possible experience.

Please join this week and pay attention to the notes in the event. We're going to use a Deutsche Welle audio segment to guide the topics this week. Perhaps this tool will give us more structure for your learning. Let's give it a try!

NOTE: TIME CHANGE BECAUSE OF DAYLIGHT SAVINGS CHANGE. THIS WEEK ONLY! ! !

PREPARE: Listen and discuss: http://www.dw.de/wieso-nicht-chapter-01/a-215520

When you receive the Event Invitation you must click Yes or Maybe to join the hangout when it begins.

PLEASE ALSO ADD THE PAGE TO YOUR CIRCLES

At the time of the Hangout, you may enter the hangout one of three ways: click the "Join Hangout" button or 'Join Google+ Hangout' link or "Google+ Hangout" link to join.

ATTENTION: This is NOT a class. This is a free form conversation for people already learning German who have an intermediate or advanced level and want to practice with others. Native Speakers are always welcome to join!

Come practice your German with us

We expect native German speakers who will happily converse with you in German.

Everyone speaks, and listens. Everyone helps everyone. No mistakes are shunned, no one is embarrassed, everybody learns.

If you haven't already circled or followed our page, you may do it now in order to receive future hangout invitations.

This hangout is intended for INTERMEDIATE TO ADVANCED level German speakers

If your knowledge is on the BEGINNING level, you may join our Sunday hangouts.

Next week, we're going to attempt something new.

In the event, I have added a link to the Deutsche Welle website with one of their lessons for the intermediate learner. For the Hangout next week, we were thinking we would try a topic and discuss it. This audio lesson should give us a place to start.

http://www.dw.de/wieso-nicht-chapter-01/a-215520

Listen to the audio, be prepared to discuss the topics covered in this audio segment. If people like this format, we'll continue to use them until we get all the way through the course.

Here are numbers in German. Please remember that modern German is a Western Germanic language, like Dutch.

Hallo dort!

I am a native Turkish speaker who has a really good grasp on English.

I'd love to chat with people in German. Doesn't matter if you are native or not, if you believe you can help me, a sorta intermediate German speaker, feel free to contact me!

Great hangout today !

We had people today from USA, Tunesia, Russia, South Africa, Italy and Mexico ! Really good conversation and engagement. Everyone got a chance to speak and to listen.

Check the calendar of events to be sure you're joining us on Saturdays for intermediate German or on Sundays for the beginners
