We’re so dependent on outside things to help us lose weight, get into shape, and shape up our health that we often don’t see the forest for the trees. We don’t see that these products are not intended to help us nor have they ever. People say “Well I tried eating healthy and I just wasn’t losing weight.” That’s because we don’t want it to work.
