Abu Dhabi Petroleum Ports Operating Company was established on the 14th of January 1979 by decree No. 2/1979 of his highness Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
The company is a joint venture between Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) and Land Marine National Contracting Company (LAMNALCO).
It is IRSHAD's mission to operate and maintain the petroleum and industrial ports of Abu Dhabi to the highest quality, cost effective, and safety management standards.
In addition, it is our mission to contribute to the smooth and safe exports of Abu Dhabi's oil & gas industry and to develop new lines of business related to the fields of ports services & management or any other fields, decided by the company management
