Give this intense 5 minute kettlebell forearm workout a try! You get a full forearms workout and you can still do it right from home, all you need is a kettlebell! Also, this works as a killer circuit to do at the gym. Great for building muscle, increasing muscular endurance and as a finisher! Anywhere you are, all you need is a kettlebell to do this routine which makes it very attainable especially since it doesn't need to be that heavy. All experience levels can do this. It's 5 exercises, 1 minute long each. This is extremely effective that you'll be feeling it the next day. Follow along with the video if you'd like, a timer is run throughout on the screen! BUILD THOSE FOREARMS!!!

Here is my full max week! I hit a 405 lb (184.1kg) Bench Press PR, a 535 lb (243.2kg) Squat PR, a 285 lb (129.5kg) Overhead Press PR, and a 555 lb (252.3kg) Sumo Deadlift PR!!!! I show my warm up sets as well so you can see how I progress into my maxes. My bodyweight is 193.8 lbs (88.1kg).
