*🔹Pause Incline Dumbbell Press 3 X 14-18 reps
🔹Incline Cable Flies 3 X 14-18 reps
🔹Incline Hammer Strength Chest Press 3 X 14-18 reps
🔹Low Seated Pec-Dec 3 X 16-20 reps
🔹Leg Press Calf Raises 1 x 180 (30 reps, rest 30 secs, 40 reps, rest 40 secs, 50 reps, rest 50 secs, 60 reps)
🔹Seated Calf Raises 4 x 25
*3 second negative and a 1 second isometric after the concentric (lifting) phase. On the "pause press" for the first exercise, make that pause 2 seconds to isolate the pecs.
