Back when I lived in the section 8 rental in Bremen GA, (the rental with mold spores and septic gases that HUD funded and GA DCA did a negligent inspection on) GA DCA told my landlord to cover up the septic tank leak and that jerk put dirt and straw over that huge leak as GA DCA directed him to behind my back. Now remember this was not fixed while my family lived there and my family lived there with this huge area of septic waste in the yard with dangerous fumes and mold spores coming in our rental 24/7. This is the same house LaRuth Holloway at GA DCA forced us to remain in due to her retaliating against me for contacting HUD about GA DCA employee Karen Loveless's negligence and other employees at GA DCA discriminating towards my family. That septic leak was so huge it looked like a mini pond. That HUGE beige area where the landlord is standing with the shovel and where the pickup truck is parked in the pic is the septic area where waste was puddling and that waste water was so deep that jerk had to come back at least 2 or three times with pick up truck loads of dirt and straw to cover it, and guess what the waste still came thru the top of all that with all the dangerous toxic fumes and mold spores! This is why me and my daughter both have permanent breathing condition she has worsened Asthma from the exposure and I now have Reactive Airway Disease from the exposure. Renetta Lee of HUD Atlanta even with knowing and having medical documentation of my child's injury still covered for GA DCA. There is a special place in hell for Renetta Lee, Laruth Holloway and Karen Loveless.

OKAY UPDATE AS YOU ALL KNOW I POSTED ABOUT THE UP COMING INSPECTIONS TODAY WAS TO BE HOUSING AND THEN TOMORROW AND WEDNSDAY HUD INSPECTIONS. WELL, TODAY HOUSING WAS TO BE OUT BETWEEN 9AM AND 5PM AND THEY NEVER SHOWED UP AT ALL!

UP DATE--- back about 2 years ago the housing had done all the Bathrooms over in the Housing Development. installing Exhaust fans, toilets, re painting and etc. plus installed a new Boiler system well then a year later we get notice we have to move as the Buildings were being Torn Down. WHAT A WASTE of MONEY! BUT even with the so called new Boiler system we still had NO HEAT and or HOT WATER most of the time. so okay i move to another section in the development by being threatened that I must take the Apartment or be Evicted when i requested a section 8 voucher and they denied me a section 8 voucher, Well, any ways I move in to this Apartment and right away had nothing but problems with the heat and hot water. they claim the heat was on a regulator that when the temps drop the heat will come on that NEVER happened even had thermostats all ready installed here in this apartment BUT again what do they do they go and replace each one with a new thermostat even though the ones that were all ready installed were fairly new as it was. WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY! so any ways since they had replaced all the thermostats in my apartment and installed in all the other apartments we now have NO HEAT at all coming through the Base Board Heaters at all. and many tenants are complaining of being cold and having no heat as well as not having HOT water just Luke Warm Water now. NOW if this is NOT a Waste of our Tax Payers Money then What the hell is it? why did they even bother doing the Bathrooms over and install a new Boiler to tear the building down later? and now why install thermostats in apartments who all ready had fairly new thermostats? and Now not getting any heat at all coming through the Base Boards. and then will be tearing this building down soon . and they tear the building down going to private housing with a few low income subsidized housing with the rest being market rate rents eliminating our low in come housing to only a few units all together. and then the Housing Development Owns the land that the new private development is building on and charging the new development monthly rent for the land so the housing development is still involved but the buildings are under another development all together. and the tenants have to write their rent checks out to old colony Phase 1 Development why? shouldn't it be made out to Beacon Realty as that is the new Developments owners. sounds to me it is just another way to keep getting the funding $$$$$ in a hush hush way. then the old colony Development (the old buildings) are nothing but filth, rat infested, no heat , no hot water, no safety and security. Well any ways I was speaking to the on call maintenance man in the event of an emergency situation earlier today and he is also complaining because he keeps getting calls for NO HEAT and housing is Doing NOTHING about it and he stated he has been asking for a new stove now for about 2 years because his is broken and still has no new Stove. he had also stated what a wast of money too. and he then stated they don't wanna do any repairs but yet they are taken all your rights away with now the NO SMOKING policy. he then said that complaints need to be brought out from all the tenants because he is a tenant as well as an Employee of the housing and he stated that there is so much corruption and waste going on in the housing. so here is our proof a tenant as well as an EMPLOYEES telling me about all the waste and corruption going on. he also stated that with just installing the new thermostats through a private contractor had cost about 1.5 Million Dollars WHAT THE HELL! and soon going to be tearing the buildings down too :( god only knows what it has cost to do the Bathrooms over and the new Boiler system :(

May 23, 2011

Tenants and their family filed Complaint against landlord in the state
of Massachusetts Northeast Housing Court because this landlord
deceived them to pay certain amount of money and move into the
apartment with multiple defects and that she will use the payment to
fix the defects. After one month, no repairs of the structural
elements, and purchase and installation of the heating system were
done. Severally, tenants wrote to the landlord. Tenants filed further
Complaint with the Department of Health and Human Services. In
retaliation to this lawful action of the tenants, the landlord issued
QUIT NOTICE on the tenants in breach of the state's CMR, M.G.L, cited
below. The clerk/magistrate of this court abandoned tenants'
complaints and other actions to address their rights and placed the
landlord's case on XFAST TRACK purpose of effecting swift eviction on
the black tenants,..

UP DATE---- Well Back In March Before I even Moved In to this Apartment from another Apartment in this Development I requested that the Front door to the Building Be fixed and locked March 2012 as well as I requested the other Building back in October 2007 and they Fixed the Old Building just before moving out and that was only because the Building was almost all Vacant. then with this Building they Fixed it 2 times BUT the same day it was fixed the Tenants up stairs (DRUG DEALERS) BROKE it again. So NOTHING has been done about it again until today at 3:45 this afternoon and that is because h.u.d is coming out to do inspections GO FIGURE!
