Simon Says: Can You Beat the P.I.G.?

If you haven't heard about it the P.I.G. otherwise known as the Performance Improvement Guarantee is our promise that you'll improve your power by 10% within 5 months of starting to train on the CompuTrainer.

Many people seem to think that this is an outrageous claim. Its not, and we are even prepared to stand behind it with a 100% money back guarantee.
In todays post I'll show you some examples of "ordinary" cyclists and triathletes who are already ahead of the P.I.G.

Can you beat the PIG?

Stay healthy & have fun

Simon Says!

Hey, the sun has finally come out here in Leeds and the weather has really warmed up in the last few days. For some reason it's made me feel a bit more controversial than usual.
Take a look at today's blog post and let me know what you think.

P.S. I've just launched a new coaching programme which I'm pretty excited about. Its called "Qualify for Kona".  Should you be in it?

Congratulations to Jessie Donavan - Champion IRONMAN South Africa!

"The CompuTrainer allows me to be as effective and efficient as possible for all of my indoor bike workouts. As a mother of 3 young children I love the ease of being able to complete exactly the workout that is scheduled whenever I have the time in the day and whatever the weather. The constant feedback on my power, cadence, heart rate and speed keeps me focused and the hours quickly tick by."

Congratulations to Ben Collins - Champion Nautica South Beach Triathlon!

"I’ve been training on a CompuTrainer for a couple of years now, so the partnership is a natural fit. The hard work that’s taken me from an average cyclist to Hy-Vee prime winning cyclist has been overwhelmingly indoors on a CompuTrainer. In the past I’ve used only the basic functions of the CompuTrainer, but I’m looking forward to working with RacerMate to learn how to use features like SpinScan pedal stroke analysis, real course simulations, and customized workouts. By maximizing my use of indoor power training I’m hoping I can reach a new level of cycling ability next year. Booyah!"

"The only time I ride outside is when I race; otherwise I am always on my CompuTrainer. I went to San Diego this winter for a month long camp leading up to Cali70.3 and my bike did not leave the garage once- CompuTrainer is the most used training tool I have"

Product Notice  -

The “Puck” is an optical sensor which does NOT mount on the bike. Instead it sits on the floor beneath the pedal to sense pedal rotation which is communicated to the Handlebar Controller by cable. The cadence signal supports the display of both Cadence AND SpinScan™. The sensor is rugged, sweat-proof and very easy to use. It eliminates the time required to attach and detach the standard cadence sensor from the bike.

The cost for the “Puck” as part of a new CompuTrainer is $149.95. Previously purchased CompuTrainers are "Puck ready" if the existing Handlebar Controller is Rev. 41.62 (purchased after approximately June 2012), Prior to that Rev. number, the Handlebar Controller must be rebuilt at a cost of $99.95. The Handlebar Controller would be sent to our factory for the rebuild using the following form including a note that it is for a Puck upgrade.

Why Train with Power? And Pedal Efficiency

The nice thing about CompuTrainers is that they track power. So, we can see what power you are putting out, and for how long. This is only important to you and only you. There are three things to look at that many others miss: (Continue Reading)

Congratulations to Josiah Middaugh Champion XTERRA Western Championship, Las Vegas

"The most important high-tech gear I own is my CompuTrainer. It has been the single best way for me to improve cycling performance from year to year, especially in the winter. It's also the most time-efficient way to train on the bike. I don't think other pros believe me when I say I only train on the bike four to five hours per week and consistently have one of the fastest bike splits!"

Congratulations to Richie Cunningham - Champion IRONMAN 70.3 Texas
"It's a great time for you to ask for a testimonial. I just came through a snowy winter in Boulder and me and the CompuTrainer have spent a lot of time together. CompuTrainer is a big reason that I've been able to start my season so early (in Panama 70.3 early February). It's made indoor training a lot more enjoyable. I've been able to download courses that I'm going to be doing later this year so I've had the added advantage of getting to know the course before I even get there. I think it's one of the most valuable training tools that I have and I'm grateful to be able to use it.

Thanks for your support.
