Hey team, here's my perceived graph for "Super Bass" by Nicki Minaj. I chose this song really just because I like the instrumental, it used to be my ringtone.

Overall, what I liked analyzing this song is the pan effects applied to most of the instruments. They kick in slightly on one ear and end up centered. It is pretty fun. Listen the cymbals at the very beginning, you'll feel it.

Listen to the lead voice and the supporting voice that appears particularly during the chorus but there's a lighter, more distant, almost fading backup voice (nicki's own voice). It took me a while to perceive it, it has a little reverb effect to.

The other interesting thing about this song that obsesses me is the glittering sound that accompanies the xylophone. It seems to be rather dry bell instrument. Then again it could be a very high pitched violin. Somebody help me on this. I called it "bells" in my analysis. It is haunting, I need to know what it is.

Finally, if you listen carefully - something I tried to do 3 hours in a row- you'll hear in the far back a little bit on the left, a sound as if someone is knocking on wood. It actually got me to answer to my door a couple of times before I finally realize that it is part of the song.
