For maximum production, I think a rooftop array - tracking or fixed tilt - would be better. But it is a public museum, and I'm guessing they did this for more visibility.

Hello all! Jay Warmke, author of Green Technology (textbook used at Rock Valley) and When the Biomass Hits the Wind Turbine will be stopping at Rock Valley College to give a presentation on the future of solar and wind power and what we can expect to see change in the next few years.
