I'm happy to report that the Deployment Phase tutorial is now complete and posted on the ExperiaSphere website.  I recommend that you use the annotated slides as reference.  See the blog entry below for the details.

I'm getting close to completion on the Deployment Phase lifecycle tutorial for ExperiaSphere, fitting it into my other activities.  I hope to have it released mid-spring!  I'd suggest that before you review it, you go back to the first tutorial and review that material to set the stage.

The third ExperiaSphere tutorial, on the Service Order phase, is now available for use!

I've made good progress on the Service Order Phase Tutorial (the third in the series) and I hope to publish it late next week.

Your ExperiaSphere tutorials mention IETF i2aex as a framework for exposing infrastructure state into cloud applications. I believe the i2aex effort never made it past the BoF stage and was concluded last year. Is this an opportunity to resurrect this work?

It looks like my next ExperiaSphere tutorial won't be ready until October.  This one may be of interest to those with specific needs to integrate NFV, SDN, and the cloud into OSS/BSS systems.  I want to get it right, and of course I have paying work to keep up with!

I'm looking at the possibility of doing a single Hangout on Air to address questions on the two ExperiaSphere tutorials I've released so far.  In order for this to happen I will need some indication of interest.  Anyone can view such a Hangout, in real time or later on YouTube, but only 10 can participate.  I'm confident I'll get plenty of viewers but less so that there are people who really have questions.  If you would be interested in asking real implementation questions on a Hangout, please respond to this post and let me know.  You don't need to say what your questions are, but be aware that the Hangout would be public.
