Showing are two "The Duffy Malt Whiskey Company Rochester, NY,USA" The bottle on the left is the type I commonly find while digging but the other day I seen another (on the right with the label) that I have not seen before having a ring around it's neck and standing slightly taller I am assuming its older then the others I have dug. I grabbed this one for $20 at an antique store.

Dragged my daughter Melissa along for this days dig hoping to find a spot dating pre c1890's so we started at on location but only early 30's bottles came from that location as I hit the bottom so it was time to move on to yet another area of interest a place that I dug some bottles from the c1850 to c1880s. At the top of this site the bottles are in the 30's also but once you move up the embanking it changes to 1800's. We started at the bottom but just did not get to the age age I was after but the day was fun as I watched my daughter pull out a 1910 Mass. license plate in fair condition and I dug a toy gun and 3 marbles. We had fun as we always do when we spend time together.

Yet another great bottle dig at a the location that Jeremy and I dug at in New England Ma, pulling out some sweet finds. We dug this area a week back shown in my last posting here but on this day I jumped to the top of the embanking hoping to find some of the early dumping in the place we were digging and it was a good move on my part. I very much hope we get the ok to dig another time here from the owner that has a Bar & Grill just above the property you see we were given the ok to just dig one hole each by the owner and once done for this day we filled on the hole.
